Delivery within Ireland is €4.95. All deliveries are made by An Post.
How long will my online order take to arrive?
If your item is in stock we endeavour to dispatch your order within 2- 3 days of receiving your order but will always try to get your orders out as soon as possible. Deliveries are Mon – Fri. Any orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
If your items are not in stock when you place your order you will receive a call to advise you how long it will take.
What does backorder mean when I am placing my order?
Back order means that we do not have your item in stock but is due into stock. You will receive a phone call to advise you how long the order will take to arrive ?

You can take it to your nearest post office and post it back to:

Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Cinderella’s Closet is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.
No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size etc, please re-order your item in the size you are looking for and your original order will be refunded once received.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us.Bank delays may apply – generally 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed.
